The cake was really tasted nice and the flavours were the same as what

I had ordered butter scotch cake, they delivered same flavoured cake but
the look was totally different, decoration was not good at all.

The cake delivered is different from the one as shown in the picture. I
could hardly find a single piece of pineapple and the taste was also
below expectations. Also the ‘message card’ was missing. I am
completely disappointed and dissatisfied. It’s a below par experience.

Cake did not have the ordered flavor as informed by the vendor had to
change it next day. Flowers were not at all fresh, only 8 Dutch roses
wrapped in a paper. Will never order next time nor will i reccomend any one

Didn't receive any card with Cake.They provide everything on the basis
of availability so dont go through descriptions they provide.Make fool
of customers. And customer service is too poor and unprofessional.They
leave the chat in between when they aren't able to resolve the issue.

i like the small pieces of ripe pineapple inside and above the cake. All
parts tasty. right proportion of cream and cake and fruits. On time

I ordered this cake 'after eight' which looks extremely delicious nd
beautiful but they ordered an ordinary cake from local bakery and
delivered. They are showing these beautiful images but at end they will
order local cheap cakes.

I ordered a black forest Cake with add-on a teddy a rose and a chocolate
But i received a simple milk cake with chocolate icing and the taddy was
different. You just ruined the day Kindly do not spoil anyone else

I have ordered a cake and 5 PC dairy milk chocolate for the birthday of
my son .only delivered the cake not the chocolates.The cake was also not
fresh ,& not delivered on time ,which I paid extra 200 RS for early
morning delivery at 7 am ,but it is delivered nearly at 10 am .spoiled
the surprise plan for my son bcz he left for school when we got it.very
dis-satisfied with winni in Chennai .I will never go for winni again .

While we have placed this order, the products that were received were
completely different. I was called to ask about the change in flowers
from pink to red, but the cake and card that were delivered were
different too. Pls make sure to send only the products we placed the
order for because we actually put in time to choose accordingly

I live in Australia... I haven't seen any trusted site before in India
which delivers cakes on time.. I have used there services more than 5
times.. They are the best.. This particular cake I ordered is amazing..
It looks so good in real.. I would highly recommend this website...

Don't buy any product from winni.they are cheaters.they are making
people fool.they don't fulfill your order in time.scattered cake and
incomplete things like there is no greeting card. When you call to
costomer service then you have to tell your complain every time a new
person.and when you want your refund for incomplete order they cut your
call.so don't waste your money on such a pathetic site like winni.

These people are just frauds.... Ordered a black forest for my friend's
birthday, to be delivered before 12 am . They charged additional 250
rupees for midnight delivery as well. But no one turned up. No one
picked up the call. Their chat lady (shivangi) messaged that it ll be
delivered as promised and left the chat. We had to rush to get a cake
nearby at the last moment. And the ordered cake came by at 9 am, the day
morning. When we asked for refund, they said that i wasn't available at
the location and hence, 'we won't refund'.
