The worst service ever I should say. If there was an option to give zero
stars, I would've done it. I will never recommend this to anyone and
this is the last time I ever use this. The product delivered was no way
even 1% close to what was shown. I'll definitely sue this company for
sure.

i have ordered this cake on my daughters birthday. It was not baked, No
personal message , ordered for 2 Kg and what came to me was 1 kg.
Spoiled my daughters happiness which she waited to celebrate for long
time and we ordered the cake of here favorite cartoon. The invited kids
were not happy with the cake and out of 1 kg , 1/2 kg was thrown to
garbage.

Awful experience! Delivered wrong cake at late night leaving me no
option to regret myself for choosing winni. Roses ordered are half
asleep making the moment even pathetic.Go for Winni if you inviting
bitter surprises to ruin your special day.

The order was not delivered as promised time and not even the next day
and Customer service is pathetic, No one responds on Chat No One
responds to emails, whenever I call the Number it always comes as
Busy.... Worse experience till date and worse customer service or not
sure if these guys are cheating the customers by fake promises

The cake sent was entirely different than what is shown here. It was
heart shaped but no flowers on it. Highly disappointed.

Completely cheating customers. Putting few ferrero rochers on a cheap
choclate cake. Disappointed. Will never order from this site again.
Ferns and petals is way better. I wish i had an option to add picture
of the cake to show how badly i feel cheated

Don’t order after just viewing the pic of the bouquet. They sent a cheap
hand bouquet instead of the pic shown above. And the customer care team
said it is slight change.

Very bad presentation of the bouquet and chocolates and to top it up the
roses of all the bouquets were dried and withered. Very bad..didn’t
expect this from Winni such a horrible service…

The cake we've got looks nothing like in the picture, mango was cut VERY
badly, felt like someone has done in for the first time, all the
toppings have been removed, only poorly cut mango. Bottom whipping cream
wasn't there either Requested to put Happy birthday on the top of the
cake, they put on the bottom of the plate, which made this cake look
even more uglier. It's a shame to even make such cakes! Doesn't look
like this company bothers about customer satisfaction. Delivery was
changed as well, which added additional troubles and charge. Not going
to order anything from this website and won't recommend to my
friends/family either, it was the first and the last time.

I ordered this cake and mixed flowers from winni.after waiting whole day
and calling them hundred times i got this order at 9 pm.and what i got
was a cheap looking rotten chocolate cake and ugly dried bunch of yellow
flowers.they refused to refund or replace the order.i felt hugely
cheated by winni.i will never suggest anyone to purchase from this
site.they are big fraud.

Vender delivered wrong cake and at the time of filing complaint to
Winni, customer representative didn't take any action just one sorry.
Unexpected from brand like Winni. Very disappointing. Don't Oder from
Winni they take double charge and service is bad. Selling 350 cake in
700 and 250 delivery charges extra.

The cake looked yummy in pic only in reality the product delivered at
our place was pathaetic. It weighed less than the weight which I
ordered. Also it was full of bread with less cream used for icing. The
product I received was not freshly baked. Not at all the value for money
being charged. Never order.
