Service is Extremely good. Did expect this after such nice reviews.
Wanted the order to be delivered before 11 in the morning and was
delivered at 10 AM! extremely adorable!!

I ordered from winni a day before delivery, It was supposed to be
delivered between 9 am to 3 pm., But It was delivered by 7 pm. plus no
tag on the bouquet. Ordered pink flower, they delivered something else..
And Between 3 pm to 7 pm, I had to call (Always busy, tried 20+ times)
and chat (4 round conversations). Now it's up to you ..

The bouquet was beautiful, however the roses were RED. The florist
should have informed us of this change. We wanted pink roses, hence
ordered this item. Please inform the florist to reach out to the
customer in case of changes to order.
