My first order and had an worst experience and this was last my
order...odered something and got something else...when I complained they
registered it, someone called up and said the delivery boy by mistake
picked up the wrong product and delivered to my husband so they assured
me a replacement from their side before the birthday party starts...then
after that fake call they didn't received my call..the customer care
people strated fooling around with this that...it would hv been better
if the winni people have told me earlier that they can't deliver the
same product...it was my husband's first birthday after our marriage so
judt wanted to surprise him but u people successfully spoiled
everything....I paid 1499 so I asked for refund they r not even ready
for that,they said they r sorry but they can't refund...So
Unprofessional people..I think u people r doing business with ur
customers for one day only...Rdiculous... Disgusting
