Assembling was good but flowers are not fresh a little disappointing but
thats fine better try to deliver fresh flower when you charging good amount

A little bit disappointed as the the cake is decorated with black
chocolate bars and a black ribbon at the side instead of brown as shown
in figure. The black actually spoiled the look of the cake.

Packing was not upto the mark and differentiating from the one shown
during order as the chocolates were in loose and there was no envelope
with the cake to handle. Presentation has a big role just as the
quality of the product.

Cake was pretty nice, but there was no knife or candle so that's a
disappointment. Overall, cake packaging and delivery experience was good.

The cake was received in a good condition but not at all happy with the design as it is totally different from what is shown. A bit of design and other things here or there is acceptable but how they can change the whole.
