I got the same as shown in pics. But the packaging is not good. It's
been delivered in a transparent poly bag, which creates doubts about the product.

For gold and black theme Happy bday banner was sent in pink Color no whr
close to the Color scheme we chose after paying this and the customer
support says only this is available u have to take it…where as the local
person said green and blue is available if u r ok with we can give..poor
customer support and as everyone they just dust their hands off since
payment is received …this is why now clients prefer COD on every product
as post sales service is very poor of every company

I ordered this online for home decoration at my nephew’s birthday. It
was so good and done on time. But lately team informed us that they had
sent one card as well to make the day special but we didn’t receive it
because vendor didn’t have it to us. But decorations were done on time.
Was done beautifully. Sad that we missed one card.

Very bad experience, Half of the letters for Happy birthday were missing
and other half were leaking air. The person didn’t know the spellings
for birthday and decoration looked like done by a 5 year old. Very
disappointing and exhausting, i send it as a gift and it was soo
embarrassing. Would have given 0 star if possible.
