Packing was not upto the mark and differentiating from the one shown
during order as the chocolates were in loose and there was no envelope
with the cake to handle. Presentation has a big role just as the
quality of the product.

This is the first time I placed an online order for gifting and cannot
be happier and more satisfied. Placed the order 5 days ahead of the
event date from USA, to be delivered in India. Cake was delivered on the
selected day/time, it was delicious per family, nice array of fresh
fruits. One glitch was debit card did not go thru the payment, had to
open paypal account for the transaction and that worked. Not sure why
debit card was not going thru though the site says debit cards are
accepted, customer support was not able to figure it out either. Ordered
plants along with cake, both got delivered in perfect shape, very happy
with the products, quality and service! Would definitely recommend this
site to friends/family:)
