Delivery Details:

• This product is shipped via the services of our courier partners; the delivery date is an estimate.
• The logistic team does not contact the recipient before delivering it; we suggest you specify an address where someone will be present to accept the shipment.
• The shipment cannot be relocated to a different address. Our warehouse meticulously packages and ships all courier orders.
• You will get a tracking number soon after the order has been dispatched so that you can follow the gift delivery.
• This is a non-returnable and non-refundable product. Redelivery will be done only in case of damage.
• Your article may be delivered before or after the chosen date of delivery. A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products. 
• Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to help trace your gift.
