The shopping experience and the product quality was good. i had a positive experience with customer service team- they were very responsive, helpful and professional throughout the process. However, the delivery service was disappointing. it was not delivered on time and instead of receiving it at the door step, the recipient had to personally go to the courier agency to collect it. This was especially frustrating bcoz the item was meant to a surprise gift. Unfortunately, due to the delivery delay, the surprise element was completely lost In short, the product quality and customer service were great,but the delivery service definitely needs improvement.

fantastic product no doubt the quality is up to the mark but This order was delivered at 10:30 pm and I paid extra charges for a gift to be delivered before the next day started.

Very good For table clockbut Batteries not provided. Is not backlit. Does not serve its purpose without cable.
