8 Red Roses Bouquet

Not deliver on time. Bad customer service. Worst chat service. If you want waste your time and money go ahead.

I booked a bouquet today for my bf Opting with express delivery and made online payment . After that there’s no processing started , nobody is informing me when it will get delivered . Nobody is even replying. No chats, no calls nothing . Very bad services . Really very very bad. They do say they will deliver the product in 2 hrs but nothing like that. It’s all fake. Very very fake . You people spoiled my day. I wish I would have bought it myself and gave to him. Don’t do fake promises when you can’t fulfill them. This is so insane. Very upset with them. They’re not even telling you where is the product neither they’re refunding you the money neither they’re talking . There’s no source of having word with them. I paid 500 and I don’t know where is my bouquet and when will it reach even after I asked them in the form to deliver before 4 pm as after that he’ll not be available and booked the bouquet at 12.30 pm. Worst service. I don’t have words left to say . Worst worst worst !

Odered roses with green leaves and some whites but i received only flowers with green leaves alone in a red paper which looks pathetic. I suggest not to order from this website.

I m really disappointed the quality of flowers and packing is too pore not as same shown in the pic
