Being skinny can be a real struggle if the people around you keep on reminding you of your lean appearance. While more than half the world is struggling to lose extra kilos, there are people who are still trying to gain weight. Yes, no matter how dreamy that weight size is for a flabby bird, some are trying really hard to add some fat on their boney structure.

Eat junk food

Okay, the most heard solution to gain instant weight is to eat junk food. People relate junk and fried with weight gain. Okay, let’s just say that eating junk everyday helped you gain a few kilos, is that a healthy weight? Did you build muscle? Today’s lifestyle includes junk food as a staple, so, more people are gaining unhealthy weight. But, junk is really harmful for you, it will affect your organs and will only give you unhealthy flabby fat. 

Overeating is good for you

The more you eat, the more fat you will gain,so skinny people should eat beyond their capacity. This way, they will have a bigger appetite because the only reason for being skinny is because of the less diet. Again, it is a myth and dont start overeating. 

Eating fat makes you fat

I have heard that bananas make you fat. No no its potatoes, it has the right amount of fat. Well, different people, different opinions. Some will say bananas while others will side up with potatoes and may list other high in fat products. This is because people believe that food that has a high content of fat will make you fat. It may be true for the people who have the tendency to gain weight with ease. But this is not the case with you, the fat you are eating should go in the right places else its just like eating any other food. 

Eat and sleep

Oh my god! That is the worst you can do with your body and hence it is a very common myth that is believed to help you gain weight. The logic behind it goes something like this, you eat calories and then go to sleep. Which means those calories won’t be burnt and will add up to your body.
