Irresponsible service, cake look like in image very attractive but what
we received that's look like ordinary , what they showed in image more
chocolate but in cake there is no chocolate.....

We ordered a choco velvet cake, and asked to write a birthday message..
But we received a plain cake. And this is the second time we received
plain cake.. and the customer support is really hopeless as they don't
even bother to respond.. I don't suggest this anymore..

The worst service ever I should say. If there was an option to give zero
stars, I would've done it. I will never recommend this to anyone and
this is the last time I ever use this. The product delivered was no way
even 1% close to what was shown. I'll definitely sue this company for
sure.

Different cake received which is of less price... shown cake and
delivered cake is different... Delivery charges are high RS 200 and not

Vender delivered wrong cake and at the time of filing complaint to
Winni, customer representative didn't take any action just one sorry.
Unexpected from brand like Winni. Very disappointing. Don't Oder from
Winni they take double charge and service is bad. Selling 350 cake in
700 and 250 delivery charges extra.

Today i had ordered a 500GM Black forest cake. But the cake quality
simular of street food . Cake bottom side bread too mumu dry we can't
eat this cake same time. So i have suggest to all buyers plese do't
waste your money and your valuable time.

We have ordered Heart shape photo cake. 1. Damaged cake found on
delivery. 2. Actual cake design and described picture design on wini
site is different. 3. Ordered 1 kg cake and 1/2 cake is delivered. 4.
Design finishing is very very poor quality. 5. Photo on cake is not even
at center on cake. At one side it's outside the heart design and at
another side white space is remaining. 6. Description of cake is
different and delivered cake is different I feel very sad, because I
have expected good quality but it's completely hopeless. I like to
recommend anyone to buy from this site.

I have ordered a cake. Firstly it was delivered after 9pm and the cake
quality is also worst i have ever seen in picture and reality it was
tottally different. Don't go for it any time.This was my first and last
chance to buy this.

I have ordered 500 gm Black forest for my beloved ones.I paid triple
the amount of the cake including special delivery charge i.e, 799/-
altogether. They delivered it in time. But the cake looked entirely
different from the one which was shown in their display. It was
disguisting. When I contacted customer care, they only told that thay
can return the cake. As i dont want to create a mess on Christmas day ,I
denied it. So beware before ordering in winni. There is no guarantee you
will get the product they displayed on their website.

I highly recommend not to choose this. The cake was delivered in a poor
condition (smudged and moved out of the base layer) and they sent a
bouquet that looked like they bought it from the roadside. When I raised
a complaint, the customer service agent said she will replace the cake
the next day. Uffff.

I ordered the Rich chocolate truffle cake. But what they delivered was a
different one, from Just Bake. An entirely different one which didn't
even cost that much. And when I contacted the people, the response was
really disappointing. They refused to provide a proper explanation for
the mishap. They didn't even pick up my call. It was actually really
disappointing.

I had ordered the cake for my gf.. i never had such bad cake in my
life.. there was only chocolate icing over the cake.. and inside was
those 10 rs bakery cake we find in streetshops.. even streetshops bakery
cake tastes better i think than this cake.. i had also odered a teddy
bear and rose which was ok.. but the cake is pathetic.

Don’t go for this cake the image and the cake delivered is totally
different and the taste of cake is yuk totally disappointed and even
cost is very high compare to different site .waste of money
