The actual order was different from what I have order. The design of the cake that I have order and the design what delivered was not same

Delivery on time. Easy to use and order, good support staff but the quality of the cake very low standards as per price and doesn't even look at all like in photo. You guys have really nice platform but please improve the quality of cakes if you want repeat customer.

Toppings(choco garnish and gems) are missing in above the cake.over all

The cake delivered was not at all close to the one shown in picture. Was
disappointed to see a different sort of icing which was not that
beautiful as that we selected.

This comes as a disappointment especially because I had consulted the customer care before placing the order and was very specific that I wanted a cake with chocolate ganache and no whipped cream or butter cream topping. But the cake which they sent should be named death by chocolate cream instead.

Everytime the message gets written on a post card instead of it being on

The looked delicious, but it wasn't. The top layer chocolate and Choco
chips were good. The cakes base was not filled with chocolate and it
also didn't taste good as it was needed to be.

Hi, I have ordered a half kg blueberry cake for my husband's birthday. I m so thankful that your team has delivered it today although by mistake I have selected other day. I would like to share my review now. The cake was fresh however in cake the amount of blueberry was not much. While eating I thought that I m having vanilla cake. Not happy with amount of blueberry used. I don't think I would order from "Winni" next time & would not recommend also.

Cake is not Expected as i think, first of all completely different design from the image.
1. Design is not good , and completley different from image
2. we are customer , our order is not meant for experimenting new things for bakery who send it.

Hi the cake was fresh n soft n tasty too. But sadly, it was just
yellowish colour not the mango flavour or taste. Simple plain cake in
yellow colour. Delivery time was good. They made it same day delivery.
Thank you for it. Tge note that i wished to ne sent along with the
cake was the horrible factor. It was hand written in such a very poor
handwriting..... It's depressing dat after paying so much for a cake we
don't get what we expect. I would have rather asked a local baker to go
n deliver it by his chotu.....

Hi Winni, actually I am too upset with the quality of flowers. We do not
expect to gift someone flowers that are withered:-( also order was for
mixed roses you shared all white :-( What can you do better to correct this.

Bad part- 1. Ordered teddy was white in colour while delivered was Red
one. 2. Cake was full of cream only. Good part - 1. Roses are
beautiful 2. Cake was less sweet
