No candle and knife was given by delvery agent. Cake was not that great... Should improbe the quality

i was expecting atleast 80-90% resemblance with the pic shown in website, keeping in mind that each and every chef has their own creative thoughts(and it may differ little bit).. but i am not satisfied with the cake i received, it was far away from the ordered design.. very sad with winni..

Didn't like the cake delivered in Trivandrum. Delivery is good. Cakes in the other places could be good.

Product was good but it was broken n its very expenssive . Delivery was 2 days before the date given. So the surprise was failed . Not happy with this

Cake was only of bread n cream....I don't understand who make red velvet without cheese...poor experience ....high cost...worst scenario for me....the sales or customer service is also least bothered for it...I was on hold for more than an hour

Delivered in time, but the nuts are not good getting oil smell from it. If you guys are not able to deliver fresh and quality cakes properly please don't it.

I have ordered a chocolate truffle cake ...but i got chocolate cake with flower(strawberry flavor) on it....don't cheat with pics...if u don't have that didn't design u shouldn't have kept it here....otherwise u should inform me.....bad experience i won't prefer this

I called them exactly 11times for some question I found out 4 times phone busy and 6 times no answer also 1 times they cut my call with no response. Really not happy with the customer service its shit !! Sorry but its true

Flowers were delivered on time but the colour was different. I got the common pink/purple orchids. Also the packging was not as attractive.

2★ Choco Almond Cake
The cake delivered was not at all close to the one shown in picture. Was disappointed to see a different sort of icing which was not that beautiful as that we selected.

The flowers delivered were not fresh. The delivery was done very late than the commited time. Should Cho a better delivery service. Overall it was Oki.

The product was delivered to remote place within 1 day. Really happy about it. Altough, the product delivered was not same as displayed in the picture, thus disappointed with it.

Giving it 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. The cake didn’t show up in one piece. 2. The cake didn’t fit in the base and so most of it was on the cardboard box. 3. Cake had at least 2 layers of frosting - didn’t do justice to a Blackforest cake. Overall, a very unhappy customer.
