1 item was missing out of 4. Any reason for the delay with that 1 piece
I received an email that all are delivered then it’s the wrong info.
Please refund that amount or make it available to the destination
without fail or delay.

The company is good. I have used the service for 5 times. But last
experience was bad one. I booked one gift on 24th Morning, Since the
delivery was for gurgaon so I opted for same day delivery. But it took
me several follow ups through chat, calls and mails to get it delivered
same day. It was delivered late in Night 10 o clock. While it was
supposed to be delivered by afternoon.

Packing was not upto the mark and differentiating from the one shown
during order as the chocolates were in loose and there was no envelope
with the cake to handle. Presentation has a big role just as the
quality of the product.

I received the basket but it was not wrapped with the net cloth as
shown in the image so it looks bit untidy.Chocolates are also too small
compare to price little disappointed
