Very worst quality and no packing is provided...I ordered a choclate
bouquet which were having 1 big cadbury celebration pack,2 silk,1 kit
kat and one 5 star..All chocolates came seperate without packing..donot
order from this site worst site as well as price is too high. Cadbury
celebration original cost 100 rs..these people are changing 300... silk
mini chocklate 199 for 2..actual price 70 rs.....

Hi we ordered cake for birthday and we scheduled delivery between 2:00pm
to 6:00pm. Even at 8:30pm cake not yet delivered. No proper delivery.

I ordered this by today morning around 11:30am, (by express delivery)
pay extra delivery charges, and clearly mentioned that it's office
address deliver it before 6pm but till now my order is showing
processing, and I'm trying to contact them but given customer care
number is unavailable, they spoil everything...

I booked a bouquet today for my bf Opting with express delivery and made
online payment . After that there’s no processing started , nobody is
informing me when it will get delivered . Nobody is even replying. No
chats, no calls nothing . Very bad services . Really very very bad. They
do say they will deliver the product in 2 hrs but nothing like that.
It’s all fake. Very very fake . You people spoiled my day. I wish I
would have bought it myself and gave to him. Don’t do fake promises when
you can’t fulfill them. This is so insane. Very upset with them. They’re
not even telling you where is the product neither they’re refunding you
the money neither they’re talking . There’s no source of having word
with them. I paid 500 and I don’t know where is my bouquet and when will
it reach even after I asked them in the form to deliver before 4 pm as
after that he’ll not be available and booked the bouquet at 12.30 pm.
Worst service. I don’t have words left to say . Worst worst worst !
