Cake was fresh and the person who delivered was too polite which
delighted me. But the cake got melted may be due to the distance.
Please try some alternative to resolve this issue. Rest all good.

Cake was good and delivered on time but the message on the cake was
missing as it was an important occasion. If the message can’t be written
on a particular cake then the option should not be there.
